The Restaurant

In a lovely setting blending the old and the new a wealth of surprises lies in store for you.

With absolute priority given to fresh produce, the Chef creates surprise menus every day according to the season and his fancy: whether you prefer sea bass with diced vegetables, a duo of langoustine and crab, or a fillet steak from locally reared beef, your taste buds are sure to be awakened.

Particular care is given to our home-made desserts: delicately flavoured ice-creams, symphonies of chocolate or variations on seasonal fruits and sorbets add a refined note of understatement to this crescendo of flavours.
