
The Auberge
This modern building in yellow and blue, a former coaching house on the road to Bern, is located in the commune of Saint-Légier, half-way between Blonay and Châtel-Saint-Denis. Chef Jean-Sébastien Ribette offers a selection of fine cuisine, his talent and creativity giving pride of place to fresh produce from the region, in keeping with tradition.
In the Restaurant, in the Brasserie, or on the Terrace in the shade of a magnificent lime tree, you will be looked after attentively by Sahondra Verdan and her team.
